Correct customs administration in compliance with EU legislations is a task for every company trading with a third country partner. Today´s communication with EU customs authorities is more or less electronic, in aim to achieve faster and simplified proceedings. Fixed costs of being competent, equipped and updated are considerable.

Flawless fulfilling of customs demands on behalf of a client is prime objective of our operating in segment over years and we are pleased to supply following services:

to perform customs formalities and deal with customs authorities as direct representative of a client in terms of valid authorisation

to arrange all documents regarding any customs procedure in all customs regimes obliged to client /import,export,transit,storage/

to provide guarantee for client´s import duties with comprehensive guarantee permision recieved as „Approved Customs Debt Guarantor“

to file electronic export declaration regarding goods intended to export by a client. Filling export declarations electronically is obligatory for all exporting subjects since 1st of July 2009, as well as registration in the EORI customs database. We are software equipped, customs approved and work experienced to provide smooth export procedure, avoiding delays and extra transport costs.

to file electronic transit declaration using Transit-NCTS system for transport of goods under customs supervision and furnish reguired customs debt guarantee

as the „Approved Consignee“ we are approved to recieve client´s goods under customs transit procedure. Customs proceeding takes up to 20 minutes, without presenting the goods for customs control. /certain conditions must be accomplished/

to act as the „Authorised Tax Agent“ in Slovak Republic on behalf of a client with VAT registration in other EU member state

to submit declarations on behalf of a client into the INTRASTAT system of Slovak Republic

to deal with Slovak Authorities in terms of valid authorisation and issue applications for documents regarding customs procedures such as certificates and licenses /State Veterinary and Food Administration, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Economy/
